"My experience with Budget  was my first because I usually rent with Enterprise.  However, my reservation with Enterprise was difficult once I got to Nashua, NH.  They would not rent to me using my Debit/Visa card since I was an out of state resident.  Enterprise actually told us to go to Budget, so instead of working with us, they guided us to their competition which was the best experience.  I called directly and Mike Ferris took care of us completely.  Budget closes at 6pm and I called at 5:30pm.  He took the time to come down to the Hotel, pick up up and get us into a vehicle so my husband and I could go to Boston MA and Manchester NH.  He went above and beyond to help us out so we could leave the hotel.  The was the best experience I have ever had with a rental. Mike even gave my husband and I a map of Boston so we wouldn't get lost on our adventure.  I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again and will always rent from Budget.  Mike Ferris is the best and Budget is very lucky to have an employee that cares about customers as much as he does.  Thank You!"
